FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I've tried answering a few of the common questions I think you would have about the Mentorship & Training Programs. If your question is unanswered, please do not hestitate to contact me from my CONTACT page and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. How do I make a payment for the program?

Once a session slot is confirmed and you get an email regarding the booking, you can use online banking to transfer half the fee before the session. The other half should be credited within the next 48 hours to the same account.

Q. Can I change or cancel a slot after the payment has been made?

Yes you can. If you have already made a payment, it will be refunded in the next 48 hours..

Q. I'm not sure which class is right for me. Who do I contact?
